Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your puzzle. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at info@wegotpuzzles.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at info@wegotpuzzles.com and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: opened puzzles, final sale items, and gift cards.
